Reiki is said to work on the mental and spiritual bodies besides the physical body. While there are no apparent proof of this, yet it is seen that people do get benefit after a reiki session or training. I myself have felt and seen people getting calmer and more peaceful with oneself after a reiki treatment. Apparently, reiki aids in reducing stress levels.
