One of my Reiki I students e mailed me recently about using Reiki to combat negative energy. Now, since Reiki is the primal life force energy of the universe it simply is - we call it "good energy" but the valuing is all ours.
In general I choose to not recognize negative or bad energy. I know that I have the choice of what to allow through my filter, as it were, and I choose to deal with only the good.
