Since most people have trouble sleeping I will assume that most readers of this blog do as well. Now there are many ways to approach this issue, including lifestyle changes such as less alcohol, no caffeine after noon, pre-sleep rituals, prescription medications, and even herbal sleeping pills. But one of the best and least invasive ways to sleep better is through Reiki, either self-practice or in a session with a Reiki practitioner.
For me and most of my Reiki clients the first effect we notice is improved sleep. Seriously, Reiki is the best cure for insomnia that I have seen.
