Many people are not sure what to wear for a Reiki session. Unlike an oil massage or ayurvedic treatment, you keep your clothing on for Reiki and there is very little moving on the part of the recipient. So while you may not need to dress to impress (blac label clothing is not necessary here), you do want to be comfortable.
