I have been so so tired in the past week! I don't know about you, but the shifting energies of the equinox, season change, new moon, and DST have left me feeling quite sluggish. I am doing daily self reiki practice and daily exercise to help.
At least 3 people at work have complained to me this week that they are slug-like as well. We are all sleeping well, but it feels like it's just not enough. During times like this I have to remember to eat well, not take too much caffeine, and let it pass without too much ...
